The land of Trás-os-Montes in the north of Portugal, is of an exceptional nature! ​

Limestone, quartz and granite characterize this Portuguese soil, offering beautiful, fresh and well-balanced olive oils. ​

This Portuguese Grand Cru is appreciated for its balance, it reveals notes of dry grass. A Capela dos Olivais is a very consensual olive oil with a good length in the mouth, it will be perfect with everyday cooking, whether raw or cooked.

Rosaria Pinho, the local miller for more than 20 years, knows all the peculiarities of her land. ​

Today she passes on her passion for the profession to her son Cyril. ​

At the beginning of November, the olives are harvested at perfect aromatic maturity. They are then pressed the same day in order to guarantee optimal quality. A very artisanal production, all the olives of the estate are cultivated in sustainable agriculture.
