An atypical and inimitable iodine taste!

Located in the province of Palermo, these olive groves look out over the blue waves of the Tyrrhenian Sea. The name of the estate tells of the beauty and fertility of its land: Disisa from the Arabic word Aziz which means splendid.

This unctuous and powerful olive oil exalts "a taste of green" and reveals unique iodine scents very characteristic of this Sicilian land. Excellent for enhancing all tomato-based dishes, it is incredible for flavouring a simple al dente pasta dish or a grilled fish!
