This atypical orchard located in the Durance valley offers sweet organic oils full of fragrance.  Its notes of cooked apple, fresh pear and almond make this olive oil, PDO Haute-Provence, a delicacy.

Gaëtan's secret: agro-forestry combining olive growing with open-air breeding in old hen orchards to create an intelligent ecosystem.

The olives are harvested while still green to preserve all the gustative and nutritional qualities of an oil of character that will enhance all your dishes and salads; it is ideal raw.

Former submariner, Gaëtan Boyeau left the seabed to adopt Provence and live his passion by becoming a chicken breeder and fruit and olive producer. In the orchard of La Galine, the olive trees do not undergo any chemical treatment, the presence of hens at the feet of the olive trees helps to reduce the development of parasites, and provides organic fertilizer. The hens of old breeds scratch, aerate the soil and provide organic fertilizer.  This atypical way of working, whose 2 main allies are time and nature, helps to create a balance where the fruits express all their potential to give birth to a rare oil typical of Haute-Provence.
