In 2013, our young olive grower planted 8,600 olive trees from Greece and Spain right next to the older orchard of Château Panisse and its traditional Provencal varieties. An early harvest and the know-how of this young olive grower have resulted in a fresh olive oil with a well-controlled bitterness and ardour.
