It is on the island of beauty, on the Costa Serena, in a building with two hundred years of history that Anne Amalric has been producing almonds, olives and grapes for over 25 years. But Anne's real passion is the olive tree!

This olive oil producer, a long-standing partner of Oliviers&Co, is driven by deep convictions of respect for the environment.Oliviers&Co has been privileged to offer half of Anne Almaric's rare and precious harvest for over 15 years. On the island of beauty, her reputation is well established and no one can dispute her place as the best Corsican olive oil, as her oil is of an incredible purity of taste.

This exceptional olive oil, AOP Olio di Corsica, is both creamy and intense. It combines the freshness of the almond with the wonderful fragrances reminiscent of the aromatic plants of the maquis of Corsica. Particularly remarkable this year, it is one of Eric Verdier's favourites.
