Rooted in the Valle del Belice, the Geraci family has been passionately producing Sicilian olive oils of exceptional quality for four generations. Massimiliano, together with his brother Lorenzo, dedicates himself entirely to this land of olive trees, so that each bottle of olive oil is a unique experience, a journey with a taste of Sicily. An oil that has been recognised and awarded at national and international level. It is in Partanna, in the heart of the Belice Valley, that the olives ripen, in this land of rare and authentic beauty. The hand-picking of the olives allows them to be selected in a slightly rotating and healthy way. A method with a lower yield which is the secret of high quality oils, rich in polyphenols and with a very low acidity level. This superb batch magnifies the Biancolilla botanical species.
