Nougat blanc provencal : Almonds, Provence lavender honey, Sugar, Egg white, Glucose syrup (gluten-free wheat) , Unleavened bread (potato starch, water), Natural vanilla extract.

Mango vinegar sweetness: concentrated grape juice (sulfites), white wine vinegar 20% (sulfites), mango juice 20%.

Fig balsamic vinegar sweetness: "Aceto Balsamico Di Modena I.G.P." balsamic vinegar of Modena 73% (cooked grape must (sulfites), wine vinegar (sulfites) , concentrated fig purée 23%)

Balsamic vinegar of Modena - IGP : Cooked grape must (sulfites), wine vinegar (sulfites) 

Pink grapefruit vinegar sweetness: concentrated grape must (sulfites), pink grapefruit juice 25%, white wine vinegar 17% (sulfites)

Honey & Ginger Condiment: concentrated grape must (sulfites), honey vinegar 11%, wine vinegar (sulfites), honey 4%, ginger extract 1%.

Fig & Melon Jam: fruit 59% (fig 33%, melon 26%), cane sugar, acidifier: concentrated lemon juice, vanilla extract 0.46%, gelling agent: fruit pectin, star anise 0.09%. Prepared with 70g of fruit per 100g of finished product. Total sugar content 55g per 100g.

Salt & Herbs: Pasta and salad mixes: Dried sea salt, marjoram, tomato shavings, chives, onion.

Salt & Herbs - meat mix: Dried sea salt, red bell pepper, caraway seeds, aniseed, pink berries, mustard seeds, parsley leaves, basil leaves, black pepper 

Salt and herbs - fish mix: Dried sea salt, bay leaves, lemon zest, juniper berries, coriander seeds, rosemary, sage, thyme, parsley, fennel seeds, basil leaves.

Green olive tapenade: green olives 79%, extra virgin olive oil, capers, garlic, mustard (mustard seeds, water, vinegar, salt, sugar, preservative: sulfites), anchovy cream (salted anchovies 82%, olive oil, wine vinegar, salt, spices), white condiment (organic wine vinegar, organic concentrated grape must), salt, gray pepper, thyme, rosemary.

Black olive tapenade: black olives 76.50%, capers, extra virgin olive oil, Modena balsamic vinegar (wine vinegar (sulphites), concentrated grape must (sulphites), cooked grape must (sulphites)), garlic, anchovy cream (salted anchovies 82%, olive oil, wine vinegar, salt, spices), concentrated lemon juice, salt, grey pepper.

Tomato sand: Tomatoes, E 551 anti-caking agent

White chocolate hazelnut truffle: White chocolate 63% (sugar, whole milk powder, cocoa butter, emulsifier: soya lecithin, natural vanilla flavor), Piedmont hazelnuts 35%, sugar. May contain traces of other nuts.

Cappuccino Truffle: white chocolate (sugar, whole milk powder (16.91%), cocoa butter, emulsifier: soya lecithin, natural vanilla flavor), hazelnuts (Piedmont hazelnuts, hazelnut paste), ground coffee "100% Arabica blend "3%, sugar, cappuccino flavor 0.05%, may contain traces of other nuts. 

Extra dark chocolate truffle: extra dark chocolate 60% (sugar, cocoa mass, cocoa butter, whole milk, emulsifier: soya lecithin, natural vanilla flavor, mini 52% cocoa), hazelnuts (piedmont hazelnuts, hazelnut paste), cocoa powder, may contain traces of other nuts. 

Truffe pistache: white chocolate 66.34% (sugar, whole milk powder, cocoa butter, emulsifier: soya lecithin, natural vanilla flavor), pistachio 32%, sugar. May contain traces of other nuts.

Truffe Pannacotta: white chocolate (sugar, whole milk powder, cocoa butter, emulsifier: soya lecithin, natural vanilla flavor), hazelnut paste, 3% cream powder, cocoa powder, flavor. May contain traces of almonds and pistachios.

Truffe noisettes caramel: milk chocolate 67% (sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, cocoa mass, emulsifier: soya lecithin, natural vanilla flavor), hazelnut paste, caramelized "Piedmont hazelnut" chips 13% (Piedmont hazelnuts 75%, sugar), cocoa powder, natural flavor.  May contain traces of almonds and pistachios.
