Extra virgin olive oil

Through its partnership with Antoine Foron, Oliviers&Co defends a dynamic and modern approach in France: adapting species of olives to a terroir in order to obtain a French oil of very good quality, as certain vine growers do with grape varieties.


Antoine, an aviator like his father, easily convinced him to embark on the olive oil adventure by his side. In 2013, our young olive grower planted 8600 olive trees from Greece and Spain right next to the older Panisse orchard and its traditional Provençal varieties.


The choice of the best Greek (Koroneiki and Sikitita) and Spanish (Arbequina) varieties, "adopted" on the land of Provence, allows an original and promising blend. The olive trees are only 4 years old, the varieties have perfectly adapted to their new terroir! This exclusive lot Oliviers&Co is the first harvest from this olive grove. An early harvest and the know-how of this young olive grower gave birth to a fresh and delicate olive oil, with well-developed aromas, bitterness and ardence.
