The Producer & Olearia Clemente estate
Since 1895, the Clemente family has been perpetuating the know-how acquired from generation to generation. This olive oil, with its fresh and wild flavours, is obtained from olives harvested by hand, when they are rotating. Rich in cultural heritage, this region also has the highest production of extra virgin olive oil in the world. This very mountainous peninsula benefits from rich lands suitable for olive cultivation and more particularly for the Ogliarola & Garganica olive, an endemic variety of this region.
