This magnificent organic lot comes from a grove situated near Fontvielle in the heart of the Valley of Baux-de-Provence. This olive oil is the paradigm of purity for this prestigious appellation. The olives are harvested when “turning” – in the course of changing from green to violet – unveiling the aromatic richness of this oil.
In Provençal, La Cravenco means “The Daughter of the Crau,” the delta of the Durance River and the Rhône River. Respectful of the terroir and its traditions, while at the same time, at the forefront of modernity, guided by a constant concern for quality, this domain brings out the beauty and the richness of each of its olives.
