The estate at the bottom of the long valley, the Vallongue is located on the ancient Roman road that linked Rome to Spain The olive groves spread over the communes of Orgon and Eygualière have many varieties of olives Salonenque Aglandau Grossane Verdale Picholine Through patience, passion and hard work, François Xavier Arnihac has been able to exploit the treasures of this land and adapt it to the cultivation of olive oil He alone knows how to combine the aromas of his olives to give birth to oils with a perfect balance His estate converted to organic farming in 1985 respecting the environment and the olive cycle to guarantee a high quality oil
