Born in the center of the Alentejo, southern region of Portugal, the Olicorso estate is located in an area of excellence for the production of olive oil. Owning their mill, Joao Serrao and Manuel Silva combine traditional know-how and innovative techniques in order to follow traceability as closely as possible during the olive oil production process. Thanks to the perfect control of the crushing, Joao and Manuel succeeded to produce this magnificent olive oil, both pure and powerful, without trace of bitterness.


You will appreciate this olive oil with a grassy taste profile with notes of fresh herb, cucumber, tomato leaf.
