Artisanal paste made in Pisa (Tuscany) since 1860 by a family-run company. Pasta made from all natural ingredients while preserving traditional process. Their secrets: notable fine semolina, wiredrawing with bronze, slow drying and above all presence of wheat germ which gives a unique taste
