Linguine with black squid ink

Coming from Tuscany, in Italy, these pasta owe their black color to the squid Ink. This original pasta will bring an original note to your dishes thanks to their delicate iodine taste.


Tasting suggestion: to be served with seafood, puttanesca sauce, or a tomato & cilantro sauce

Recipe Idea

Pasta with tunny-fish sauce
250 gr. PASTA, garlic, a bit of parseley, a rib of celery, 3 spoonfuls olive oil, 400 gr.
peeled tomatoes, 160 gr. tunny-fish in oil, salt.
Make some chopped vegetables with garlic, parseley and celery and make it turn golden
with olive oil in a pan, then add peeled tomatoes with salt and make everything cook for
about 10-12 minutes.
Meanwhile, aside, let the tunny-fisch drop and thinly mince it, add it to the sauce and
make it cook for one more minutes.
Put on the fire a pan containing abundant salt-water, make it boil and put the PASTA in
it, make it cook very underdone, then drain the PASTA and serve with the sauce, bring
it to table warm.
