The result is a refined pesto that enhances all dishes.The secret of the chef: use it raw, directly after cooking by adding a small spoon of cooking water to emulsify the pesto.Tasting suggestion: To season pasta, ravioli, tortellis, risottos or as an aperitif in a pastry or on bread.
