Ingredients :

For 6 peoples

50 g pine nuts,
1 tablespoon O&CO basil olive oil,
1 bag O&CO. Taggiasca black olives,
10.5 oz (300 g) couscous,
1 bag O&CO. semi-dried tomatoes, diced,
3 chicken breasts, steamed and cut into strips,
1.05 oz (30 g) raisins,  
7 tablespoons O&CO. olive and mint specialty,
4 tablespoons O&CO. cherry flavored condiment with balsamic vinegar, salt, freshly ground pepper.

Description :

Heat the basil olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and toast the pine nuts for few minutes until golden. Soak the couscous in warm water until plump and fluffy. In a salad bowl, combine the couscous, the semi-dried tomatoes, toasted pine nuts, chicken breasts, raisins, olive and mint specialty and cherry condiment. Toss gently and adjust seasoning with salt and pepper to taste. Marinate for 20 minutes before serving.
