In 2013, our young olive grower plants 8600 olive trees from Greece and Spain right next to the older orchard of Château Panisse and its traditional Provencal varieties. An early harvest and the know-how of this young olive grower have given birth to a fresh olive oil with well controlled bitterness and ardour.
The choice of the best Greek and Spanish varieties "adopted" in Provençal soil allows an original and promising blend.
This velvety olive oil will surprise you with its creamy and fresh taste and will undoubtedly be a sure value in your kitchen as it is balanced and goes well with everything.


The estate of 5000 olive trees is located in the heart of Provence, at the extremities of the Alpilles between Arles and Tarascon. This place, privileged by its light, sunshine and blue sky where the Mistral wind blows, is ideal for the olive trees which also benefit from a very rich alluvial soil. The olives of Provencal varieties grow easily here and reveal powerful aromas on the nose and in the mouth.


You will fall for this floral oil with notes of freshly cut grass, green apple, fresh cream.
