Ketchup

A legendary recipe respecting Sicilian tradition, where the spices and woody notes of Marsala wine are delicately associated to tomatoes… A wonderful balance of flavors, close to perfection thanks to the different ingredients used! Not too sweet, the extraordinary delicacy of this Ketchup will find its place in both Mediterranean or Asian food.


Food pairings : to be used in preparation of sauces (cocktails or white sauces), to use as a marinade for poultry, to season a tartare, to bring a final note to a gazpacho / tomato soup or to awaken all sorts of sandwichs (burger, toasted sandwich, etc) …

Driven by its passion and expertise for culinary creations, Oliviers&Co. decided to revisit an emblematic product: Ketchup!
In order to take up this challenge, Oliviers&Co asked Olivier Streiff, a wellknown Chef for its imagination, passion for vegetables and love of southern French cuisine… Of this great collaboration results a recipe paying great tribute to Mediterranean thanks to its elegance, exquisite flavors and creativity!

Chef Olivier Streiff
The thirty-eight years old Chef has been collaborating with Oliviers&Co. since many years now.
After working at “La Bastide de Saint-Tropez”, “La Chèvre d'Or”, the “Grand Hôtel du Cap” and “Maya Bay”, he opened his own restaurant in Beaulieu-sur-Mer (South of France): "La Raison Gourmande". There, he created a new menu almost every day according to the market produce.
In 2013, one of the most influential French restaurant guides, “Gault &Millau” awarded him with three “toques” (out of a scale of five) and also assigned him as “Tomorrow’s great chef”.
Olivier Streiff is an amazing, delicate, talented and daring chef! It was obvious that his colorful and creative cuisine would found its place at Oliviers&Co.!

Ingredients:  tomato concentrate, water, Marsala wine (sulfites), balsamic vinegar of Modena (cooked grape must, wine vinegar, sulfites) alcohol vinegar, sugar, extra virgin olive oil, salt, modified con starch, PDO espelette pepper, chili sauce (vinegar, red pepper, salt) thyme, lavender, cumin.
Storage conditions: keep refrigerated after opening and use soon
