Located in Andalusia, the Soler Romero estate is one of the few fully organic Spanish farms where olives are pressed less than 3 hours after picking. This olive oil is renowned for its unique citrus aromas and contains a very low acidity level of 0.15% guaranteeing a good conservation of olive oil.

The Producer & Soler Romero estate
Six generations of the Soler-Romero family have followed one another on the SOLER ROMERO estate.These orchards, mostly century-old, located 600 m above sea level, benefit from an ideal ecosystem for the production of quality organic olive oils. The mill located in the center of the olive grove allows the olives to be pressed 3 hours after harvesting, thus preserving the antioxidants and the taste of the olives for an impeccable olive oil! 
The harvest is made early in the season when the Picual olives are still green, favoring taste over productivity.
