The Producer & Oliviers de Malaric estate
Les Oliviers de Malaric were planted more than 15 years ago by Patrick Gounelle himself, a former senior executive from Paris. This estate located not far from Nîmes has 7 different varieties of olive trees: Picholine, Bouteillan, Gounelloise, Cul Blanc, Négrette, Malaricoise, Aglandau.  The methods used are traditional and the treatments limited in order to preserve the environment and the quality of the product. Only healthy fruits are harvested by hand and pressed daily before being stored immediately at 17 degrees in stainless steel tanks.
