The Producer & the Frantoio Prunetti estate
The pretty hills of Firenze, covered with olive orchards and Iris, are at the origin of the Pruneti family story. The state of the art  grinding machines allow to have the lowest impact regarding oxidation, in order to preserve freshness of this gastronomic olive oil ,unctuous  and perfumed. This Rameau d’or, is exceptional , its extremely low acidity rate ( 0,15%) guarantees the oil  high quality
