The olive grove Oleificio Tre Colli


This olive oil was born in the town of Rotello, in the small and very wild region of Molise. Located between Abruzzo and Puglia, Molise is also characterised by its strong olive oil cultivation. Thanks to its geographical location near the Adriatic Sea, Rotello enjoys a warm and dry Mediterranean climate that is perfectly suited to the proper development of olives.


The secular olive trees that make up the Tre Colli oleificio evolve throughout the year under the expert eye of Chiara Perrotta. Very proud of his region, he is committed to preserving it and honouring it in his olive oil. Respect for the environment, total commitment and traceability, guarantee the excellence of this producer's work.
