Oliviers&Co. selected exceptional pasta, produced in Pisa (Tuscany, Italy) since 1860 and 5 generations by the Morelli family.
Their secret lies in an ingredient that is not found in most common types of pasta: the wheat germ. Their production methods best preserve the ingredients, allowing the pasta to keep their exceptional texture and a unique taste.
2 new gluten-free references have been added, made with corn and rice flour, they are suitable for gluten-free diets.
