Pesto with 2% of summer truffle

An exclusive creation by Oliviers&Co ! The recipe reinterprets the traditional Italian pesto with the addition of a noble ingredient: summer truffle.


The original ingredients of pesto, such as basil and Pecorino cheese, are enhanced by the delicate and aromatic aromas of truffles. The result is a refined pesto that enhances all dishes.


The chef's secret: do not cook it, but use it directly after cooking by adding a teaspoon of cooking water to emulsify the pesto.


Tasting suggestion: To season pasta, ravioli, tortellis, risottos or as an aperitif in a pastry or on bread.
