White vinegar with red bell peppers

Prepared with whole fresh red bell peppers, this recipe is elaborated within 48 hours after the selection of the ingredients.
The bitterness and sweetness of the bell pepper is combined with the acidity of white wine vinegar. The result of this combination is suprising and delicious.

To celebrate the arrival of summer, Oliviers & Co unveils a new collection of aromatic vinegars, developed in partnership with its master vinegar maker Frédéric Chaix according to a unique savoir-faire. To obtain these unique vinegars, ingredients are macerated whole within 48h of their selection, allowing them to retain all their freshness.

A special attention is paid to the ingredients coming from Portugal. No flavourings added. The perfectly controlled maceration of the ingredients and the vinegar favours the capture of flavours without degrading them. Their light filtration then allows the ingredients to express their flavours in the mouth. These aromatic vinegars are the result of research to find the right balance between the acidity of the vinegar and the flavor of the ingredients.
