Chef Alain Llorca A great classic around the green olive, paying homage to the famous tapenade, revisited with Chef Llorca: the sweet and fragrant taste of chopped pistachios takes the fruitiness of green olive paste to the east of the Mediterranean! A slightly crunchy texture... This creation, inspired by tapenade and transformed into an olive paste, will allow you to vary the pleasures and flavours for the aperitif or in the kitchen! Recipe elaborated in Provence with simple ingredients.
Serve simply on toast, with Sicilian pesto-style penne or to season raw vegetables.
