This purple olive has a smooth and well-fleshed texture. Its name comes from the Greek city of Kalamata.

These hand-picked olives are mainly found in the Sicilian region of Belice. This green olive is the result of a long tradition that dates back to the Greek colonies in Sicily. It is also found in other countries such as India. 

These olives come from the town located in the Nyonsian region (south of "La Drôme"). It is a mixed variety of olive, also known as the Nyons olive. It gives a particularly sweet oil.
