Here is Olivers & Co.'s exclusive selection for our new pasta range, chosen for its authenticity, commitment, and exceptional taste.
They come from an Italian family business, founded over ten years ago by the Raguso family, farmers for three generations who took the bold step of directly transforming the wheat grown on their land between Puglia and Basilicata into exceptional pasta, using a short and responsible supply chain approach.
Each package in this range reflects our commitment to flavorful, sustainable, and authentic products: the wheat is grown using eco-responsible practices to guarantee zero pesticide residue in the finished product. Agricultural byproducts are repurposed according to circular economy principles, feeding livestock or producing
energy, while the recyclable cellulose packaging allows the pasta to be seen through its window.
Taste and texture are the defining characteristics of this selection. Our pasta is made from durum wheat semolina, bronze-extruded, and slowly dried in static chambers. Thanks to this controlled process from field to plate, it develops a rich and authentic flavor, a slightly rough texture that perfectly holds sauce… or is so intense that it can stand on its own.
