The quintessential elegance of a great Tuscan oil

This exceptional grove, located near Florence, combined with the expertise of a talented olive grower, produces one of the finest olive oils in the world.

A Tuscan oil whose olives were harvested green and very early in the season to achieve maximum intensity. This is made possible by the Frantoio variety, which is consistently aromatic, possessing a certain power and a distinct bitterness. This grand cru reveals an inimitable fragrance and taste, highly characteristic of the greatest oils of Tuscany.

The legal acidity level for extra virgin olive oil must be below 0.8%. This Oliviers&Co Grand Cru goes far beyond this standard with an exceptionally low acidity level of 0.17%. Our strict quality and traceability requirements guarantee an olive oil that is fresher, more aromatic, and with all its nutritional benefits preserved. The polyphenol content at the time of bottling is 546mg/kg.
