A vibrant AOP Provence

Discover the excellence of Bastide du Laval, an AOP Provence olive oil with an intense character, produced in the heart of the Luberon. Mainly made from Aglandau olives, hand-harvested early in the season and immediately cold-pressed, this oil preserves the full freshness and richness of its aromas.

It reveals a vegetal fruitiness with notes of fresh almond, typical of Provence olive oils, perfectly balanced. The finish brings slightly spicy notes characteristic of the Aglandau variety. A rare, pure, and luminous oil, ideal for enhancing your dishes.

Did you know? The legal acidity level for an extra virgin olive oil must be below 0.8%. This Oliviers&Co Grand Cru goes far beyond this standard with an exceptionally low level of 0.17%. Our quality and traceability standards guarantee a fresher, more aromatic olive oil with preserved nutritional benefits. The polyphenol level at bottling is 279 mg/kg.

Léo Coupat, Heir to an Exceptional Know-How

Léo Coupat has always been driven by a deep passion for olive trees and olive oil. The son of committed producers, he took over the family estate in 2020, the fruit of years of work and rigor to extract the quintessence of each harvest.
His parents built a custom-made oil mill, allowing them to control the entire production process, from the tree to the bottle, in a constant quest for excellence. This absolute mastery has led the estate to be rewarded many times, with dozens of gold medals at the Concours Général Agricole de Paris since 2010.
Léo, official taster of the Conseil Oléicole International, continues this tradition today by producing exceptional olive oils, developed according to strict specifications, guaranteeing quality, traceability and authenticity. The AOP Provence is based on emblematic varieties such as Aglandau, Salonenque, Cayon and Bouteillan, which give the oils a unique aromatic richness.

A family know-how passed down with passion for an exceptional olive oil.
