A fresh and powerful olive oil with character

Its green color already promises freshness and herbaceous aromas. This bright green olive oil is made from Picual olives harvested very early in the season, while still green. Intense and perfectly balanced, it expresses authentic flavors reminiscent of a vegetable garden: aromas of tomato leaf, freshly cut grass, and fig leaf, followed by spicy notes reminiscent of arugula. A true bouquet of greenery!​

Robust and of outstanding quality, this olive oil is also excellent for health thanks to its very high polyphenol content (596 mg/kg at bottling), powerful antioxidants. This Andalusian Grand Cru is capable of enhancing any dish. The Picual variety harvested early stands out for its intensity and freshness, ideal for lovers of olive oils with character.
