Olea Prilis olive oil comes from the Maremma, a region in southwestern Tuscany, located directly on the Mediterranean coast. The Ladi family's olive trees are rooted in the land of the ancient Lake Prilis, a brackish lake that dried up over the centuries. Today, these clay and mineral soils offer a terroir of rare complexity.

Fabrizio Ladi seeks the very essence of the olive tree: aromas that awaken the senses, nutrients that nourish the body, and flavors that reflect the terroir in all its splendor. The olives are harvested exclusively by hand at optimal ripeness. Picked and pressed within just a few hours, they preserve their freshness and aromatic potential.
