Born in the Maremma region, in southwestern Tuscany, Olea Prilis overlooks the Mediterranean Sea. The Ladi family's olive trees are rooted in the land of the ancient Lake Prilis, a brackish lake that gradually dried up over the centuries. Today, these clay- and mineral-rich soils offer a terroir of rare complexity.
Fabrizio Ladi seeks the very essence of the olive tree here: aromas that awaken the senses, nutrients that nourish the body, and flavors that fully express the land. Harvesting is done exclusively by hand, at the optimal stage of ripeness. The olives are picked and pressed within hours to preserve their freshness and aromatic potential.
Immediate filtration, temperature-controlled nitrogen storage, and impeccable hygiene guarantee an oil of great purity, remarkable balance, and a naturally high content of phenolic compounds.
