Agricultural by-products are recycled according to circular economy principles, for use in animal feed or energy production.

The recyclable cellulose packaging features a transparent window so you can see the pasta inside.

Taste and texture are the key words for this selection. Our pasta is made from durum wheat semolina, bronze-extruded, and gently dried in static chambers. Thanks to this controlled process from field to plate, it develops a rich and authentic flavor, a slightly rough texture that perfectly absorbs sauce… or a flavor so intense that it needs nothing else.
