An email address is required to place an order on oliviers-co.com and is necessary for us to send you an order confirmation, an invoice and your parcel tracking information. Orders
We accept the following payment methods: Visa, MasterCard, PayPal and bank transfer. Card payments (Visa and MasterCard) are protected by the 3D Secure system if you do not receive the validation code or it does not work, please contact your bank.
To place an order by phone, simply write to us at service-clients@oliviers-co.com, including your phone number so that our sales team can call you back as soon as possible (business days only).
Orders paid by bank transfer are only confirmed and processed once the funds have been received in the Oliviers&Co bank account. Please note that payment by bank transfer does not reserve stock: if a product goes out of stock between the order date and the date the payment is received, Oliviers&Co will refund the unavailable items.
Once an order has been placed, we cannot guarantee cancellations or modifications due to the speed of our order processing. However, please write to us at service-clients@oliviers-co.com and we will do our best to help you.
Yes, you can also place your order by phone simply write to us at service-clients@oliviers-co.com, including your phone number so that our sales team can call you back as soon as they are available.
For assistance, please write to us at service-clients@oliviers-co.com and we will be happy to help you return the item you wish to send back, in accordance with our returns policy (legal withdrawal period: 14 days from receipt of your products). Please note that once received at our warehouse, returns may take up to 2 calendar weeks to be processed. Please refer to our returns policy (article 6) in our General Terms and Conditions for more details.
Shipping & Tracking
Our shipping and handling fees cover the costs incurred for processing your order, packaging your items and carrier charges. Please refer to our General Terms and Conditions for full details on rates by destination country, order weight and service (Colissimo for standard delivery and Chronopost for Express delivery).
Our oliviers-co.com website ships to the following countries: France, Germany, Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, Austria, the United Kingdom, Spain (excluding specific territories), Portugal (excluding specific territories), Ireland, Italy, Denmark, Poland, Sweden, Switzerland (customs fees at the buyer's expense), Finland.

Most orders take 2 full business days to leave our warehouse before being handed over to the carrier, who then takes responsibility for the goods.
Your order is generally prepared and dispatched within 2 business days.
Once your parcel has been handed to the carrier, the average delivery time is 2 business days (and may take up to 10 business days). As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking link so you can follow your parcel in real time.
In the event of a shipping delay, we will notify you by email of any impact on the originally estimated delivery time.
Customers with an account can track their orders. To do so, simply click here to log in to your account and click on My Orders.
You can check the status of your order as soon as it has been picked up by the carrier.
After your purchase, you will receive an order confirmation email. Once your parcel has been shipped, a second email will be sent to you with delivery information and a tracking link to follow your parcel in real time.
Promotions
Enter your promotional code in the designated field in the Oliviers&Co cart or in the cart preview window, before clicking the Place Order button. The promotional value will be applied to your order and will not appear at the individual item level.
Any discount code you are eligible for will most likely have been sent to you by email please check your spam folder.
Also make sure to log in to your customer account before applying your promotional code, as some codes are exclusive benefits reserved for account holders only.

Olive Oil Information
Pressed in the mills of our producers in the Mediterranean basin and bottled in Mane (Provence). We work directly with selected producers in France, Italy, Spain, Greece, Portugal, and Croatia.

Our olive oils are labeled with a best-by date. However, high-quality olive oil that has been stored properly can still be consumed after this date, although its flavor may diminish over time.
To preserve all its properties and flavor :
• Choose a high-quality extra virgin olive oil
• Close the bottle tightly after each use
• Store it away from light and heat (avoid windowsills or heat sources)
• Consume it preferably within one year of opening to fully enjoy its freshness
Olive oil is perfect for every stage of cooking :
• as a finishing touch (pizza, soup, carpaccio) : use extra virgin olive oil to bring out the dish’s full flavor
• for pan-frying : a mild extra virgin olive oil, such as our La Classique
• in vinaigrettes or marinades : our Grands Crus extra virgin olive oils or our aromatic oils
• in pastries and desserts : our olive oils can replace butter or vegetable oils, and our aromatic oils (lemon, mandarin, fresh mint, etc.) are ideal for flavoring cakes, pound cakes, and desserts

The difference lies mainly in the quality and the high standards applied during production.
Extra virgin olive oil is the highest quality :
• it is obtained solely through mechanical processes (without chemical treatment)
• it has a very low acidity (≤ 0.8%)
• it is free of defects and offers clean, balanced aromas
Virgin olive oil is also natural, but :
• its acidity is higher (up to 2%)
• it may have slight flavor defects
• its aromatic qualities are generally less refined
Extra virgin olive oil stands out for its purity, freshness, and rich aroma, making it the preferred choice for seasoning and tasting.
