Users with a customer account can track their orders. To do this, simply click here to log into your account and click on My Orders. This section will allow you to see the status of your order as soon as the carrier ships it. Most orders take 2 full working days to leave our warehouse and are then passed on to the carrier who becomes responsible for the goods. In addition, all Oliviers&Co customers will receive an order confirmation email once the order is received. When the order is dispatched, we send a shipping confirmation email which includes the carrier tracking number for your reference.
We accept the following payment methods: Visa, MasterCard, PayPal and bank transfer. Payment by credit card (Visa and MasterCard is protected by the 3D secure system: if you do not receive the validation code or if it does not work, please contact your bank). To place an order by telephone, simply write to our address [email protected], indicating your telephone number so that our sales team can call you back as soon as possible (working days only). An order paid by bank transfer is only definitively validated and put into preparation once the funds have been received in the Oliviers&Co bank account. Please note that payment by bank transfer does not reserve stock: if the product is out of stock between the date of order and the date of receipt of payment, Oliviers&Co will refund the unserved items.
Once an order is submitted, we cannot guarantee cancellations or changes due to the promptness of our order processing, however write us to [email protected], and we will do our absolute best to help you.
The sales prices are displayed including french VAT on the Oliviers&Co website.
Yes, you may also place your order by phone, simply write to our address [email protected], including your phone number so our sales team can give you a call back as soon as they are available.
The ordering process may require pop ups to be enabled, please check your internet options. Also check that the delivery and billing information you have entered is correct (including your postcode). If you enter billing information that is different from what your bank has on file, your order may not be processed. If your payment is not successful, please check that you have correctly entered your credit card number and the 3D secure code sent by your bank at the time of payment (sent by sms, email or via your bank's application). For any other problem, please send an email to [email protected] describing as precisely as you can the issue you are facing so we can assist you shortly.
Enter the promotional code in the space provided in the Oliviers&Co shopping cart or in the shopping cart preview window, before clicking on the Place Order button. The value of the promotion will be applied to your order and will not appear on the item base.

We will enhance your gifts with our Oliviers&Co signature packaging for an additional 2€ per order. All gift-wrapped orders can also include a personalised message. Simply select the gift wrapping option and add a message at checkout and we'll take care of the rest!
When you select the gift wrapping option when ordering, in addition to the Oliviers&Co signature packaging, you will have the possibility to include a personalised message with your gift. No invoice is included in the package, the recipient will only receive a delivery note which does not mention any price.
