Tubettini are small, cylindrical pasta, easily recognizable by their tubular shape. Originating from southern Italy, they are traditionally used in home cooking. Thanks to their small size, they are perfect for creamy dishes or pasta salads, as they absorb sauces, vegetables, and legumes with every bite. They are also ideal for soups, minestrone, and broths.

With a drizzle of olive oil, a creamy sauce, or in soups.

Here is Olivers & Co.'s exclusive selection for our new pasta range – chosen for its authenticity, commitment, and exceptional taste.

This pasta comes from an Italian family business founded over ten years ago by the Raguso family, who have been farming this land for three generations. The family made the bold choice to directly transform the wheat grown on their land between Puglia and Basilicata into exceptional pasta, thanks to a short and responsible supply chain.

Each package in this range reflects our commitment to delicious, sustainable, and authentic products: the wheat is grown using environmentally friendly methods to guarantee the complete absence of pesticides in the final product. Agricultural by-products are recycled according to circular economy principles and used for animal feed or energy production.

The recyclable cellulose packaging features a transparent window so you can see the pasta inside.

Taste and texture are the key words for this selection. Our pasta is made from durum wheat semolina, bronze-extruded, and gently dried in static chambers. Thanks to this controlled process from field to plate, it develops a rich and authentic flavor, a slightly rough texture that perfectly absorbs sauce… or a flavor so intense that it needs nothing else.
