The history of this oil begins with the Visconti family, driven by passion, hard work, and a constant quest for excellence. For three generations, they have been producing olive oil in Torremaggiore, in Alta Daunia, in the heart of Puglia.
The Peranzana olive groves are cultivated with care using 100% natural practices: no pesticides, organic fertilization, and respect for the soil. The olives, harvested very early in October, are cold-pressed less than 12 hours after picking to preserve all their aromas.
This oil is distinguished by its perfect balance between fruitiness, bitterness, and pungency. It enhances salads, carpaccios, soups, and traditional recipes, embodying the family's excellence and passion for the land.
