This bottle, draped with the Tree of Life, highlights the Peranzana olive, a precious heritage of the expertise from Puglia. What a personality for this oil, whose olives were harvested early from the tree! The Peranzana variety is powerful and reveals aromas of chlorophyll and tomato as soon as the bottle is opened. Just a few drops are enough to bring freshness and intensity to a dish. 

Rich in polyphenols (520 mg/kg), this oil reveals a subtle bitterness and peppery note that express its full complexity. Its perfect balance between freshness and character makes it a culinary treasure, ideal for enhancing Mediterranean dishes while enjoying its natural benefits.

Olio Visconti​

The history of this oil begins with the Visconti family, driven by passion, hard work and a constant quest for excellence. For three generations, they have been producing olive oil in Torremaggiore, in Alta Daunia, in the heart of Puglia.​ The Peranzana olive groves are cultivated with care using 100% natural practices: no pesticides, organic fertilization and respect for the soil. The olives, harvested very early in October, are cold-pressed less than 12 hours after picking to preserve all their aromas. This oil is distinguished by its perfect balance between fruitiness, bitterness and pungency. It enhances salads, carpaccio, soups and traditional recipes, embodying the family's excellence and passion for the terroir.
