Several French producers with whom we work have implemented an organic approach. This is the case of Gaetan Boyeau at the Galline orchards. Its secret: agroforestry combining the cultivation of olive trees with outdoor rearing in old chicken orchards to create an intelligent ecosystem. This atypical mode of operation whose 2 main allies are time and nature contribute to create a balance where the fruits express all their potential to give birth to a rare oil typical of organic Haute-Provence.
