Truffle Salt
Pepper
At the market
4 tbsp fig chutney
5.3oz foie gras
4 slices of country-style bread
Directions
The day before, season the foie gras with truffle salt. Wrap it in cling film and place it in the freezer overnight.
Toast the slices of bread and let them cool.
Spread 1 tbsp of fig chutney on each slice.
Take out the foie gras of the freezer and grate it onto the toast with a grater. Season with pepper.
Serve with the remaining of fig chutney presented separately.
