About This Recipe
A light and fruity salad recipe, full of vitamins for a top winter performance!
Ingredients

4 tbsp Basil Olive Oil
4 tbsp. Green Lemon Olive Oil
1 tbsp Gusto Intenso Balsamic Vinegar
1 tbsp Wild Berries Specialty Vinegar
1 tbsp Fig Olivade
At the market
6 oranges
1 red onion
2 red endives
1 pomegranate
Directions
Using a mandolin, finely slice the red onion. Open the pomegranate and squeeze out the seeds and juice. Peel the oranges and cut into slices.
Arrange the endive leaves on six plates and place the oranges on top. Add the onions and pomegranate seeds.
In a bowl, combine the pomegranate juice, olivade, berries vinegar, balsamic vinegar, basil olive oil and green lemon olive oil.
Drizzle each plate with the dressing and serve chilled.
