Spaghettoni are a variety of long, thin pasta, slightly thicker than classic spaghetti. Originating from southern Italy, they are distinguished by their firm texture and generous consistency. They pair perfectly with rich and flavorful sauces, such as carbonara, Bolognese, or puttanesca, as well as with seafood or vegetable dishes, which they coat perfectly while remaining perfectly al dente.

The recyclable cellulose packaging features a transparent window so you can see the pasta inside.

Taste and texture are the key words for this selection. Our pasta is made from durum wheat semolina, bronze-extruded, and gently dried in static chambers. Thanks to this controlled process from field to plate, it develops a rich and authentic flavor, a slightly rough texture that perfectly absorbs sauce… or a flavor so intense it needs nothing more.
