The Story and Expertise of the Raguso Family

The excellence of this pasta is rooted in an Italian family business founded more than ten years ago by the Raguso family. Farmers for three generations, they made the bold choice to embrace a short supply chain by directly processing the wheat grown on their own land, located between Puglia and Basilicata. Respect for nature is an absolute priority. Cultivated through an eco-responsible approach, their wheat is guaranteed to contain zero pesticide residues. The company is also committed to a circular economy model, where agricultural by-products are used to feed livestock or generate energy, and where the cellulose packaging is fully recyclable.

When it comes to production, quality is uncompromising : made from durum wheat semolina, the pasta is bronze-drawn before undergoing a slow drying process in static chambers. This exceptional method gives the pasta a slightly rough texture that perfectly holds sauces. Its flavor is so rich, intense, and authentic that this pasta is delicious even without sauce !
